その日、あたしは仕事がお休みで
じゃあ久々お昼まで寝ようかなんて言ってたのに、
ジェジェのけたたましい叫び声で一気に目覚めた。
昨日どうりで寒いと思った。
急いでフィルムカメラ２台とデジ一眼と携帯を持って外に出た。
玄関をあけた瞬間、あたりは久々にみるまっしろしろな銀世界。
次の日、仕事の前にまさかまさかの代々木公園に行くことになった。
あたしが「まさか」なんて言ってるのは理由がある。
ジェジェが東京に来る前に、
こまごまと書かれた「やりたいことリスト」に
代々木公園!(雪が降ったら!!!)
ってかいてあったのだ。
内心「降るわけないじゃん。あたしだって最後に雪みたのは高校生のときだっつの。」
なんて思ってたら、
本当に降ってしまったのだ。
ここまで天気の神様がいたずらしてくれるんだったら行くしかないと、
仕事前に朝早起きして代々木公園。
あんな天気の日にわざわざ代々木に行くなんて
物好きしかいないだろう、というあたしの勘ははずれてなかった。
長年欠かさず犬の散歩にくるおじいちゃんと、
年期のはいってそうな二眼フィルムカメラをもったお兄さん、
それと明らか学校をさぼって雪をなげあって遊ぶカップル
そしてわたしたちしかいなかった。
ジェジェは雪の上に倒れたり、丸太の上にのったと思えば
ジャンプしてぐるぐるまわったり
雪の童謡にでてくる犬っころみたいにはしゃんでた。
That day, I had the day off from the work and was planning to have a lazy afternoon in my bed.
Well.... until Jeremy screamed and woke me up.
We rushed out with two film cameras, my Cannon, plus an iPhone.
The world was white all over.
The following day, we decided to go to Yoyogi park before I had to go to work.
I didn't expected that but in the to-do list that Jerem made before coming to Tokyo,
there was "Yoyogi Park (if it snows)."
Honestly, I thought that it would never happen>
The previous time I saw snow, was probably when I was in High School.
Ane hey, it came true!
Thanks weather god, I love you more now.
We thought that we would be the only ones that dare go to the Yoyogi on such a freezing day.
Kinda true.
There was an old man walking with his dog for a long time.
A guy with a vintage double lens film camera,
a young couple that were obviously skipping school and playing around and us!
Only six people in this enormous white world.
Jerem was lying down on the snow and jumping here and there like a dog.
