The Echo Park Craft Fair

My favorite season is here.
Hi, everybody happy holidays!

It's not like I prepare any Christmas decorations or spend time on cooking pastries
but, this red, white and green season is my favorite one because of all of those craft fairs!

However, ugh this year I couldn't go many sake of my crazy schedule,
(it sucks that all the craft fairs happening at the same weekend! Mr. organizers please contact each other!)so me and my roommate went to the one in Echo Park and it was amazing!
(Dah, it's Echo Park first of all)

OWM Pop-Up Store

I'd been waiting for this for a long time since I heard about OWM pop-up show idea in late June.
et voila!
This shit finally happened!
I was so stoked to see all the stylish people (literally every single person looked gorgeous at the event)

Me and my friend Alex got free gift bags with OWM tee (the best! in different colors! the best!)
all the displays looked minimal and chic.
ah, such a dream land!

You can see more pictures from the event here! (mercy UO)

Finally, my fav girl is 21yrs old now!
Last Thursday night, we celebrated at this hottest hipster bar in Venice called Basement Tavern.
We enjoyed the music (omg, the band was hot! ) and of course... BEERS!

Three Minor Places that You Can't Miss in Los Angeles

To be honest, I am not the most friendly person in the world.  Even when my friends come over to here in LA, most of the time, it ends up not seeing them (call me dry person ha!)
However, when my bests and family come over here,
I DO take them to my favorite places.
And these are the three BEST of the best place in SoCal Paradise Los Angeles.

Griffith  Observatory

2800 E Observatory Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90027

The best.
I know, I know you might heard/read for thousands times but it really is a good place.
When the sky is clear not only you can see the whole LA view, but also get to see the ocean as well.
Pretty cool to chill.

Diddy Riese Cookie

926 Broxton Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90024

Maybe this ice cream place is not on your guidebook or to-do list.
But this is famous-famous place among UCLA students especially.
This is the place you can get both creamy rich ice cream and chunky cookies
for ONLY $1.75.
( I'm not a staff that place, btw)
But seriously, what else do you expect?

Even this girl, Nao who's so complicated and doesn't eat chocolates, cakes or other 'too' sweet things,
went to this place TWICE during her 10 days stay in LA.

Here are the two tricky things.
First, you cannot get full before you eat this Ice Cream Sandwich thing because it really is huge.
If you planning to go to In-N-Out which is one block away from there,
you better skip the chips.

Another thing that might annoy you is,
OMG this is TOO POPULAR.
Especially, at night.
The other day when I took my mom and sis to this place around 9PM, we ended up being the line for
like 30mins and it is normal.
Weekends are the worst.
Bunch of UCLA students come over after watching movies and grabbing some dinners.
If you don't wanna be in the line, avoid nights and weekends.

El Matador Beach

32350 El Matador Beach Rd, Malibu, CA 90265

Santa Monica Beach is classic, Venice Beach is cool,
but this beach is everything.

This is my dream beach and makes you feel like you are in a movie or something.
Actually, I saw the music video filmed in there the day me and my family visited ha.
Those huge rocks and blue water, seagulls ...
You can never take enough pictures.

Wild Orphan

"to create
out of his own imagination
the beauty of his wild
forebears — a mythology
he cannot inherit.

Will he later hallucinate
his gods? Waking
among mysteries with
an insane gleam
of recollection?"
Allen Ginsberg — Wild Orphan
